On Tuesday, Feb 1, at 11am, Conserve Utah Valley is holding a press conference at the Lindon Marina boat dock (4400 W Vineyard Rd, Vineyard, UT 84058). They will be responding to Lake Restoration Solutions' $3 million lawsuit against Professor Ben Abbott and take questions on several important issues associated with the case, including freedom of speech, stewardship of the lake, and moral leadership.
The public is invited to attend in person or online. The press conference will be streamed live on the Conserve Utah Valley Facebook page.
Expect to hear from: Attorney Whit Krogue from Ray, Quinney & Nebeker, Mary Murdock Meyer from the Timpanogos Nation, and professors George Handley, Andrew South, and Ben Abbott from Brigham Young University.
There will be free entry and parking for all attendees.
